This member school is open for registration to all students
(grades pre-K to 3rd recorder classes only) for the fall semester beginning
November 1st.

As an introduction, DMS will perform and demonstrate instruments on

Classes are open to all students at ICS, and are coordinated by
Music Director, Douglas McRay Daniels and are 45-60 min. or more each week.

Applications are due by
**** Monday, October 17th at 5:00pm ****.

Classes will begin on the week of November 1, 2005. Parents and students will be notified when and where classes will take place.

Music Fees
-
Tuition for the 2005 -2006 school year is
$315 for pre-K to 3, $360 for grades 4-8 vocal, and $414 for
instrumentalists in grades 4-8 (music and text are
included).
Easy payment plans are available through online
registration.

Music stands are recommended for
instrumentalist, but not mandatory, and can be purchased
from the school for $13.00.

| Policies and Procedures |

- Return Check Fee
Returned check policy: DMS will assess a $30.00 ‘insufficient funds’ fee for any returned check. This amount is in addition to and separate from any amount your bank may charge.
- School Closings
In the event of inclement weather, DMS activities will be cancelled if the lesson site is closed. Students may call the DMS office or check local television listings during times of severe weather. If the lesson site is open but a student cannot travel to his or her lesson, he or she should contact the DMS office.
- Schedule Change Policies for private lessons
If a students wishes to make a change in lesson length or schedule, he/she must notify the DMS office as well as the instructor.
- Withdrawal Policies
- Group Lessons: enrollment is for the entire school year. There will not be no withdrawals once classes commence.
- Private Lessons: students must contact the DMS office at 617-275-4297 for notice of withdrawals. Students are responsible for lessons or classes not attended if no withdrawal notice has been given. Notifying the instructor does not qualify as an official withdrawal from the school. Lesson fees will continue to accrue until proper notice of withdrawal has been given to the DMS office.
- Refunds
Tuition fees will be refunded in full if the DMS office is notified 5 business days prior to the start of lessons or classes. Registration fees are not refunded unless the student cannot be scheduled to his or her satisfaction. No refunds will be given for withdrawal from classes after classes begin.
- Cancellations
Daniels Music Schools reserves the right to cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment.
